Shipping & Returns
The delivery of our products in the peninsula, and Portugal are 24-48 hours of ordering, except holidays, will be made the next business day. Delivery is via Post or Mrw during the day after processing.
Delivery times are approximated. In the event that there is any stock or unavailable breaking point of an article pic-model.es  will contact you immediately to inform the new deadline or if it was not possible to use the product, proceed to its cancellation.In any case, a delay in delivery at the periods indicated shall not entitle the customer to demand compensation. The payment on delivery carries a commission by the agency of 3% of the amount to be reimbursed. The commission shall be a minimum of 4.5 € and a maximum of 30€.
Returns:

By the deadline of 10 days and only for products purchased from the online store.
If the customer wants to return a product it must be in perfect condition and original packaging, if the order included, for the amount of shipping, the customer must pay in all cases, shipping costs, which will be a minimum of 12 € for Spain. For all other countries to pay the minimum will be 20 €.
IMPORTANT:

Pic-model.es make no forwarding merchandise until it has verified the receipt and status of the product, packaging and accessory item being return or exchange.


Defective Product Origin:

Once you get the pic-model.es will send you a defective product. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipping model pic-taking charge of freight for the new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the cost of return and new shipment will not be borne by pic-model.es

Pic-model.es bear the costs of harvesting and delivering the wrong product corresponding to the order made.
